We can not legally set prices for these products, we can only suggest them. (however anyone reselling these for a stupid price will have their membership cancelled) That being said- no dime sales, nickel sales, penny sales or whatever sales that sell any of the PLRights.com products for stupid prices.  If you resell the products I spend thousands of dollars monthly in these manners your membership will be cancelled without notice.
 
If you want to cheap sell products and devalue them to nothing days after their release please create them yourself, we are not interested in your business if this is your marketing style, what we are interested in is helping keep the value of these products to a decent level for all of our members.
 
Will there be competition selling cheaper than you?  Yes absolutely!  Can you still resell these products even with this competition?  Yes absolutely!
 
You can however remove your competition to ZERO if you go the extra mile. 
 
Create new graphics and rename the products to make them your own one of a kind product!
 
Niche them out- We did "Innovative Internet Marketing"  do you think this would sell well if you renamed it "Internet Marketing Basics For Dentists" created some new relevant graphics and all of your marketing efforts were targeted towards Dentists?

Resale & Rebrand Rights: Redistribution and use of the Products contained in this package with or without modification, is permitted provided that the following conditions are met:
The only real rules on these products are as follows.
  1. You may not use the names: Jeremy Burns or PLRights.com in your marketing efforts when you resell any of the PLRights.com products as your own.
     
  2. You may not copy even one sentence from the sales letter or terms pages located at PLRights.com- All the PLRights.com products come with sales letters, do not "steal" ours.
     
  3. No one is allowed to sell any of the PLRights.com products on eBay or any other internet auction site.  This just devalues the products for everyone when some joker starts selling them there for $12 so don't do it or your license will be immediately and unilaterally revoked. Not to mention you will be placing the label of "Internet Marketing Idiot" upon yourself, and the karma that goes along with that will never allow you to make the "real" money on the Internet that you desire, or anywhere else for that matter!
     
  4. The z-RESALE-LICENSE.html page that is included in each package must stay intact and as-is when it is passed on to anyone that you sell a resell license for any of these products to. 
     
    The only time you do not need to pass on this instruction page is to people that buy any of the products without rights.

    This way there is never any question that everyone reselling any of these products is well aware of these terms and will not find it as a surprise when we take legal action against them if they break these terms.
     
     

  5. The Source Code for PLRights.com products is only for the use of people that have licensed the PLRights.com package directly from us at this website. "YOU MAY NOT RESELL OR SHARE THE SOURCE CODES TO ANY OF THESE PRODUCTS"

    This includes all MS word documents, Photoshop PSD files, and and software source code.

    The source code is for your use only to rebrand these products and resell as your own.

    If you ever see anyone selling any of this source code to any of these products, they are breaking the law, please report them to us right away!

     

  6. How You May Resell These Products

    A.   BUNDLING Products-

    You and anyone you resell these products to may NOT bundle any PLRights.com product with more than any 1 additional product regardless of who created it.

    So if there are 3 products in any one given offer or on any one webpage and one of those products is a     PLRights.com product then this is not ok!

    To make this simple if your offer contains more than "two products" total and one of these products is a     PLRights.com product then you are breaking these terms.

    You may not bundle any     PLRights.com product on any "One Webpage" with more than 1 additional product (for a total of 2 products) regardless of who created the products.

    This means that you may not have a webpage that lists 10 products on it even if each product has its own payment link to all be purchased separately.

    This includes membership websites.

    Have some integrity here folks (you know who you are) you know exactly what I mean here- do not bundle any of the PLRights,cin products in packages of more than 2 products no matter who created them!

    I'll say this again to clarify it - This includes     placing PLRights.com multiple products on any one webpage and giving each product its own payment link! --

    B. Freebies

    The PLRights.com products may never be given away for free or as a bonus to any other product- they must be the main product in your offering.

    C. No Duplication Of The PLRights.com site offer.

    You may also not duplicate our site in such a way as to bundle "any" two PLRights.com products from any one given month together as your package of 2 products.

    If you do choose to bundle 1 PLRights.com product with another PLRights.com product it must be from a different membership month.
     

    D. Small Exception to the 2 product rule-

    As you can see from the sites we provided there are already 3 bonuses we added to each site.

    Technically this would break the 2 product rule right- well maybe not since "we" added them, this makes them part of the main product.

    Here is how you can get away with adding more than 2 products within reason to a PLRights.com product...

    If you are using one of our sites as "The Main Sales Page" in your offering, and want to add a bonus or two that is complimentary to that product, this will be ok.

    The real issue we are trying to protect you from is someone that is not using the main product sales letter to sell the product, but rather they are just trying to add these products to a big cheapo bundled package.

    The sites that list many products such as 5 or 25 or 125 showing only the ebook covers to sell the package to create a big cheap bundle deal are the type of sites we do not want to see these products end up in thus killing these products value.

    No offense to this example site as a personal friend of mine owns it, but if it is a package site like

    This is not ok!!! 

    This is the reason we have the 2 product in a package rule!

    It kills the value of these products- it is sites similar to this that we do not want to end up with these products in...

    This is the reason for these terms.

    So that being the case...  If one of the PLRights.com sites is used as the main product and you add a few bonuses to it as we have done in the sites we give you this is ok....

    The PLRights.com product is clearly still the main product.

    The bonuses we added are clearly not the focus of the site or sale.

    If you add a bonus to a product such as we have here, you will not have a problem assuming our product is still the main product!

    JUST ASK US!

    If you are ever at all in doubt if what you want to do is ok just ask us- submit a support ticket to us at http://plrights.com/support we will be glad to approve your site if you are wanting to do something that will not devalue the products.

    The point of these terms is not to make it hard for you to make sales, it is to make it easy for you.. as if these products were allowed in big packages like the one mentioned above, there would be no point for you to be a member here, which would mean there would be no point is us spending thousands of dollars every month creating these products for you to resell.
     

  7. This package is being sold to "Internet Marketers With Integrity" only! If you do not fall into this category please do not purchase this package! 
     
    The reason I have added rule number 7 here is to help weed out all the people that constantly look for loop holes in my terms, and hurt the future sales value for everyone else! 
     
    I have only placed these terms on these products to keep the value high for all PLRights.com resellers.
     
    Keeping the value high for "YOU" as a PLRights.com customer is all I care about.
     
    Anyone that can not abide by these terms "Please. Please, Please" Do not purchase this package from me today!  I do not want your money if you can not follow the rules, there will be someone else that will follow the rules that will want your package!
     
    Sorry to have to be so strict on this, but it will keep the value of the products higher for all resellers.
We reserve the right to unilaterally revoke the resell license of anyone that breaks any of these terms and will seek damages legally against anyone breaking any of these terms, not to mention we and all the PLRights.com licenses will think your a jerk as you will have proved it to us all if you can not play fair and follow the same rules as everyone else!
 
P.S. To the few that will break our terms-
Do you think that anything goes un-noticed on the Internet? 
 
Very soon after you launch your site you will have many people submitting support tickets to us to stop you.
 
We will ask nicely at first for you to correct your error.  If you do not immediately our lawyers will then ask not so nicely, as we proceed to seek damages.
 
Question: Do you think breaking these terms and hurting other resellers in the process will make you any friends?
 
Answer: No... You will make yourself look like a jerk and I doubt that is how you want your Internet marketing peers to view you.

Notwithstanding the foregoing, any part of this agreement, you have the right to do just about anything else with the products contained in this package, including but not limited to:
  1. Rebrand the products under a different name listing yourself or your company as the author.

Support Is Included: This package is sold with full support. We have provided you with simple instructions and all the resources you need to succeed in each package.  We will also offer full support after your purchase. We will also offer support to all of the customers that you sell the products to or license the rights to on an ongoing basis.

You understand that many of these products may interact with web sites on the Internet. If any of these sites ever change the way they work such as links on said sites, it may affect the function of the software you are buying.

The good news is that you will also own the source code to all software so should any software ever fail to work due to changes on the Internet or anything else, it is your responsibility to hire a programmer to make changes to the software not ours we do not plan updates to any of the software due to changes on the internet or any of the sites the software may interact with..

It will be your responsibility to set up any web pages, sales letters and payment links to any of the products that you decide to resell.
